3. Rosey beat Akira Raijin in 2:36 with the Arabian Press. TARU came out after the match and offered Rosey membership into VM because he knows that Rosey being fat is always hungry and knows that he is hungry for a shot at the Triple Crown but knows he won’t get it as long as RO&D stablemate Taiyo Kea holds the title. TARU then told Rosey to ponder his offer and get back with him.
4. D-Lo Brown/Bull Buchanan/TAKA Michinoku defeated Mazada/NOSAWA/Minoru Suzuki in 11:02 when D-Lo used the Lo-Down on NOSAWA.
5. AJPW World Jr. Heavyweight Title: Shuji Kondo beat Kaz Hayashi in 23:53 with the King Kong Lariat to retain his title. Kondo said after the match that he is done defending against the Jrs of All-Japan and that he would only defend against outsiders from now on. Kondo also said that he wants to face more heavyweights in singles action also because he wants to improve his status in the division.
6. GREAT MUTA defeated Yoshihiro Tajiri in 18:33 with a moonsault press. MUTA wore a new costume to represent his trip to Mexico and had a Mayan & Azteca feel to it.
7. Triple Crown: Taiyo Kea beat Toshiaki Kawada in 24:51 with a powerbomb to retain his title. Kawada told Kea after the match that they along with Masa Fuchi are the only true followers of Royal Road left and that they need to keep it alive anyway they can to which Kea agreed. Kawada said that All-Japan is different now but it still has the name that people know and that even with the changes he still holds a debt of gratitude to the company.
8. Hiroshi Hase Retirement Match: Hiroshi Hase/Satoshi Kojima/Katsuhiko Nakajima defeated Brother YASSHI/Kohei Suwama/TARU in 20:36 when Hase used a Northern Lights Suplex hold on YASSHI. Former Japanese Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori was at ringside to give flowers to Hase after the match but YASSHI provoked him before entering the ring so Hase called out his friend Kensuke Sasaki who started brawling with VM and as this happened Hase put YASSHI in a full-nelson so Mori could slap him. Hase used the Giant Swing a final time on YASSHI for 45 revolutions to match his age. Sasaki got involved again at the end fighting off VM and helped the referee count the fall and after the match Hase told YASSHI that he could be rehabilitated if he wanted to as he would teach him the right way of doing things. Hase received his flowers from his well wishers (New Japan President Simon Kelly Inoki among them) after the match and told the fans that it’s been a great 20 years but now he must focus on his political life and plans on running for Prime Minister one day.
