A Tale Of Two Men Named Ryuji

Big Japan announced today that the legendary Ryuji Yamakawa would be coming home and would make his return to the ring after a 2 year absence on 9/23 at the Koshigaya Katsura Studios. Yamakawa has taken the last 2 years off to rest his body from working such a rigorous style in Big Japan and has been working in their promotions department along with managing a restaurant in Sapporo. Yamakawa said that Big Japan has grown so much lately and thinks now is the time to help their renaissance.

BJPW Death Match Champ Ryuji Ito vacated his title officially today due to what could be a long absence after his surgery that I reported yesterday. Ito said that it wouldn’t be fair to Big Japan for the title to sit dormant and wants them to have a tournament to crown a new champ but sent a warning to the person that wins the title saying that when he returns, he will be gunning for them.
