Hype For Tomorrow's GHC Heavyweight Title Match

GHC Heavyweight Champ Naomichi Marufuji stated today that he wants his match with KENTA on Sunday at Nippon Budokan Hall for the title to be the hands down pick for the Match of the Year in Japan this year and to exceed their match from 1/22 for the GHC Jr. Heavyweight Title that Marufuji lost. Marufuji said that he is out for revenge and that he wants to win in grand fashion with a match that would be considered one of the greatest ever.

KENTA on the other hand said today that he must win the title in honor of his teacher Kenta Kobashi who is rehabilitating from his kidney surgery and that him winning the title would be the best medicine for his mentor. KENTA said that he is in the best physical condition of his career and he is mentally ready for his match on Sunday, which he considers the greatest of his career. KENTA said that he already has beaten Marufuji once this year at Budokan and he considers himself the odds-on favorite this time to bring the belt home with him.
