New Japan 10/19 – Nagasaki Prefectural Gym drawing 1,800 fans
1. Mitsuhide Hirasawa & Wataru Inoue beat Tetsuya Naito & Yujiro Takahashi in 10:46 when Inoue used the Triangle Lancer on Naito.
2. Koji Kanemoto & El Samurai defeated Prince Devitt & Minoru Tanaka in 15:19 when Kanemoto used an ankle hold on Devitt.
3. Ryusuke Taguchi & Tiger Mask IV beat Jushin Thunder Liger & Milano Collection AT by DQ in 6:43 when Milano ripped off TM IV’s mask.
4. Hiroyoshi Tenzan defeated Takashi Iizuka in 13:11 with the Tenzan Tombstone Driver.
5. Akebono beat Tyson Tomko in 6:25 with a running body press.
6. G1 Tag League – Block B: Tomohiro Ishii & Toru Yano [3] beat Manabu Nakanishi & Naofumi Yamamoto [2] in 14:54 when Yano pinned Yamamoto after a lariat/Oni Koroshi combo.
7. G1 Tag League – Block A: Gedo & Jado [4] defeated Shiro Koshinaka & Togi Makabe [2] in 10:24 when Gedo used a schoolboy on Koshinaka.
8. Masahiro Chono/Giant Bernard/Shinsuke Nakamura beat Yuji Nagata/Riki Choshu/Hiroshi Tanahashi in 11:37 when Nakamura used the Landslide on Choshu. There was a brawl after the match between Chono’s crew and the regular army led by Akebono. Tanahashi stated in the locker room that he and Nakamura have the same goals in mind right now and it may lead to one of them leaving New Japan because there isn’t enough room for both of them.

New Japan 10/22 – Hakata Star Lanes drawing 2,000 fans (Samurai)
1. Wataru Inoue & Yujiro Takahashi beat Milano Collection AT & Prince Devitt in 8:43 when Inoue used the Triangle Lancer on Devitt.
2. Gedo & Jado defeated Tetsuya Naito & El Samurai in 9:53 when Gedo used the Superfly Splash on Naito.
3. Tomohiro Ishii & Toru Yano beat Mitsuhide Hirasawa & Naofumi Yamamoto in 8:43 when Ishii used a brainbuster on Hirasawa.
4. Shiro Koshinaka & Togi Makabe defeated Riki Choshu & Takashi Uwano by DQ in 4:59 when Choshu kicked Makabe square in the nuts in front of the referee after they bloodied up Uwano. Choshu was relentless on his opponents after the match and had to be pulled off of them by Manabu Nakanishi.
5. Giant Bernard & Tyson Tomko beat Manabu Nakanishi & Ryusuke Taguchi in 7:28 when Tomko used the Jackhammer on Taguchi.
6. Minoru Tanaka defeated Tiger Mask IV in 13:50 with a schoolboy.
7. G1 Tag League – Block A: Takashi Iizuka & Yuji Nagata [2] beat Masahiro Chono & Shinsuke Nakamura [2] in 17:45 when Nagata used the Shining Rocket Kick on Chono.
8. G1 Tag League – Block B: Jushin Thunder Liger & Hiroyoshi Tenzan [4] battled Koji Kanemoto & Hiroyoshi Tenzan [1] to a 30:00 draw.
