Tanahashi vs. Kenzo Suzuki For The IWGP Title?

IWGP Heavyweight Champ Hiroshi Tanahashi stated today that New Japan President Simon Kelly Inoki has come to him with the possibility of making his next defense of his title against his former Kings of the Hill teammate Kenzo Suzuki. Simon has been watching Kenzo in EMLL and his work around Japan and thinks that a matchup between the two could a great matchup. Tanahashi brought up how Kenzo pretty much dominated him in their past matchups and felt like he was in his shadow but times have changed and both men have earned success on their own, so a match now would be a very intriguing matchup. Tanahashi also mentioned how he wants to avenge his loss to Satoshi Kojima in the G1 Climax and would love to make a defense against the former Triple Crown champ.
