Ultimo Dragon Revives NWA International Jr. Title

Ultimo Dragon announced after his show on Thursday that he had procured the NWA International Jr. Heavyweight Title belt from Atsushi Onita during the week and it was now his property. UD said that the title has such a rich history but has been dormant for over 22 years since Onita suffered his then career ending injury and ever since then Onita has held the title belt close to him but decided that now was the time and UD was the person to make the belt worthwhile again. Onita showed up at Korakuen Hall surprisingly to give UD the belt as UD didn’t think that he would receiving so quickly but Onita said that he had no other business that day and decided to drop by. UD was caught off guard but told Onita that he plans on having a tournament to decide the new champ in Mexico next February. Yoshihiro Tajiri heard of this and after the main event appealed to UD about possibly being in the tournament for the title and UD told him to come to Mexico next February and he would have his chance.
