1. Tsutomu Hiranayagi battled Shuhei Taniguchi to a 10:00 draw.
2. Tsuyoshi Kikuchi & Go Shiosaki beat Jun Akiyama & Atsushi Aoki in 15:53 when Kikuchi used the Fireball Bomb on Aoki. Akiyama has demanded lately that he wants to work his way back to the top from the bottom and has gone back to wearing blue tights and coming out to Shadow Explosion from his younger days in All-Japan. Akiyama & Kikuchi had a heated battle during the match and Akiyama expressed interest after the match to having a singles match against Kikuchi.
3. Yoshinobu Kanemaru/Kentaro Shiga/SUWA defeated Makoto Hashi/Tamon Honda/Mitsuo Momota in 13:57 when Shiga used a schoolboy on Momota. Hashi got a big ovation after the match after a long absence from the ring.
4. Naoki Sano & Akira Taue beat Are$ & Scorpio in 11:49 when Sano used the Northern Lights Bomb on Are$.
5. KENTA/Takeshi Rikio/Mohammed Yone defeated Masao Inoue/Kishin Kawabata/Akitoshi Saito in 17:27 when Yone used the Muscle Buster on Kawabata. Saito asked to speak with KENTA after the match and asked him to be his partner in the upcoming GHC Tag Titles tourney telling him they could win it all. KENTA listened to what he said and didn’t say anything before leaving the ring.
6. Yoshinari Ogawa & Kotaro Suzuki beat Nigel McGuinness & Ricky Marvin in 21:23 when Suzuki used a spinning tombstone piledriver on Marvin.
7. Manabu Hara/Kazunari Murakami/Katsumi Usuda defeated Mitsuharu Misawa/Yoshinori Ota/Takashi Sugiura in 12:42 when Murakami used a straight right hand on Ota. Misawa & Murakami never touched each other in the match and fans were pissed.
8. Naomichi Marufuji & Takeshi Morishima beat Murat Bosporus & Doug Williams in 13:20 when Marufuji used the Shiranuhi with Morishima’s help on Bosporus.
