Yoshihiro Tajiri apologized to All-Japan today for trying to steal the Triple Crown last Friday and expressed his gratitude to them for granting him a shot at Minoru Suzuki on 4/30 at Aichi Prefectural Gym and he is taking this very seriously. Tajiri said that he wants the fans to see his style of pro wrestling which he calls a hybrid of everywhere he has worked in his career from Big Japan to EMLL to ECW to WWE and that he is there to entertain them, which is what he was trying to do last Friday. Masa Fuchi backed up Tajiri saying that maybe he went a little too far stealing the belts on Friday but knows he meant well and was only trying to get a shot at the TC in his own way, which is what he has done and knows that Tajiri will make the best of his shot. Fuchi was asked why Keiji Muto didn’t get the first shot at the TC and he said that the Champion Carnival really took a toll on Muto and that he is taking it easy in his matches for a while and as a matter of fact he won’t even be working that show but dispatched his protégé the GREAT MUTA instead to team with Vampiro to face the AJPW World Tag Champs Toshiaki Kawada & Taiyo Kea.
