Loads of NOAH News

GHC Heavyweight Champ Mitsuharu Misawa stated today that there is no clear choice for his next challenger for the title and he wants to know if anyone wants to wrestle him, so he sent out a public challenge to anyone that wants to step up for a shot on 7/15 at Nippon Budokan Hall.

Kenta Kobashi talked to the press yesterday and told them that his road to recovery has been smooth so far and is back in the ring working out by running the ropes and doing other things. Kobashi said that he still is far from ready to be in the ring but hopes to make a return by the end of this year.

NOAH Director Ryu Nakada announced yesterday that the Jr. Heavyweights of NOAH have been petitioning lately for a NOAH Jr. Tag League and he has decided that it will take place on their next tour. The only two teams that are announced so far are the GHC Jr. Heavyweight Tag Champs Ricky Marvin & Kotaro Suzuki and the ROH Tag Champs Jay & Mark Briscoe. Kota Iibushi heard of this and told DDT President Sanshiro Takagi that he wants to be part of the tournament and he wants Naomichi Marufuji to be his partner. Takagi told Kota that he would definitely benefit from an experience like this and would do what he can.

NOAH also announced the list of gaijin for their next tour and they are the following: American Dragon/Jay & Mark Briscoe/Nigel McGuinness/Davey Richards/Rocky Romero.
