IGF Main Event Finally Set

Antonio Inoki formally announced today that Kurt Angle would face Brock Lesnar in the main event of the IGF debut show on Sumo Hall in Tokyo on 6/29. Angle has said that he would put up his 1996 Olympics gold medals on the line and Lesnar would put up his IWGP Heavyweight Title belt but Lesnar said that he wants the match to be under MMA rules, which Angle said that he has no problem with but Inoki would have the final say. Inoki also announced that he has spoken with his star pupil Tatsumi Fujinami about a possible business tie-in with MUGA about helping to fill the undercard of the show and that nothing is official yet but it looks good.
